He is survived by: his father Richard Mackey of Evansville; his sons, Demerrius La-Shawn Whitsell of Nashville, Derrick De-Wan Whitsell of Madisonville, Terry Leon Hall Jr. of Stockton and Katrel Latron Williams of Stockton; his stepson DeShaun Latrel Wilson of Stockton; and his siblings, Chester Slaten (June) of Cincinnati, Ronnie Hall of Madisonville, Percy Hunter III of Madisonville, Carolyn White of Madisonville, Sharon Herndon (Ricky) of Madisonville, Mary McCody of Cincinnati and Teresa Hall of Evansville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
