Though Vickie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vickie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Woodruff Smith and Everett Emory Smith. She is survived by: her husband Mark Parks of Madisonville; her son Whitney Parks (Amanda) of Madisonville; her brother Layne Smith (Trish) of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Cole Parks, Ella Parks and Jack Parks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
