He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E. Oakley and Delilah Oakley; and his son Michael Martin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Staton Oakley of Madisonville, KY; his children, Mike Morton of Summerfield, FL, Kay Brumfield of North Carolina, Carol Blake of Hanson, KY, David Oakley of Mortons Gap, KY and Barbara Trask of Russellville, KY; and his sister Mildred Baldwin of Hanson, KY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two nieces and one nephew.
