He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ann Bryant Givens; his children, Melissa Ann Givens of Madisonville, Kentucky and William "Dave" (Misty Givens) of Madisonville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Matthew Givens (Jacqueline) of Madisonville, Kentucky, Jordan Givens (Christina) of Madisonville, Kentucky and Andrew Harris (Chloe) of Madisonville, Kentucky. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
