He was predeceased by: his stepson Greg Lowe; his parents, Lonza Milby and Lettie McCubbin Milby; and his siblings, Ed Lee Milby, Anna Lou Vance and James Milby.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Milby; his daughter Lekecia McDowell (Tony Walters) of Rowletts; his stepsons, Randy Benningfield (Jane) of Bowling Green and Faron Benningfield (Terry) of Magnolia; and his siblings, Billy Milby (Helen) of Magnolia, Mazie Ford of Magnolia and Joyce Reynolds (Gary) of Magnolia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home (9025 New Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church (2361 Mt Zion Church Rd, Magnolia, KY 42757).
