He is survived by: his children, Samantha Proctor, Rollin Harper and Jonah Proctor; and his siblings, Laura Weigleb, Eric Proctor (Shantal), Ron Proctor, Earl Price Trinidad and Glen Proctor (Sharon). He is also survived by six grandchildren, a great- grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews.
