Though Frankie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frankie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie B. Handy Weller Morgan and Roscoe Weller; and his brother Billie Weller. He is survived by: his wife Marcie Weller; his daughters, April Weller-Cantrell (Mark) and Allie Weller; and his stepchildren, Mellissa Bowen, Timmy DeSpain, Darryl DeSpain and Curtis DeSpain. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home (9025 New Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
