He is survived by: his wife Agnes Osgood; his children, Kenneth Ashley Puckett (Melinda Kay), Gabriel Kendrick Puckett (Angela) and Sara Nicole Hay (Chuck); his siblings, Arlene Puckett (Doris Ann), Gayle Gritton, Dean Rock and Phyllis Smith (Tom); and his grandchildren, Wesley Hay, Kaylee Hay, Brooke Puckett and Elijah Puckett.

In memory of Marshall, memorials are requested to Knoxes Creek Baptist Church, 5818 Boiling Springs Rd., Munfordville, KY 42765.
