He was predeceased by: his son James Doss; and his parents, Eugene Doss and Dorothy Cain Doss. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Yurjevich of Magnolia, Christina Doss of Missouri, Sheryl LaRue of Ohio, Jeff Doss of Ohio and Greg Doss of Utah; and his sisters, Darlene Biedenbender of California and Carol Doss-Abel of South Carolina. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church (2361 Mt Zion Church Rd, Magnolia, KY 42757).
