She is survived by: her husband Howard Ragland of Kentucky; her children, Darlene LaPlue (Larry) and David Ragland (Debbie); her sister Elizabeth Ann McCoy; and her grandchildren, Lawrence LaPlue (Tori), Caleb Ragland (Leanne), Jessie Evans, Bethel Smith (Glade), Lee Anne LaPlue, Josh Ragland (Lauren), Caroline LaPlue-Krauss (Nich), Gideon Ragland (Suzanne) and Crystal LaPlue. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Cumberland Presbyterian Church (235 Old Louisville Rd, Coxs Creek, KY 40013). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Magnolia Cemetery (9460 New Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757).
