He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Earl Kelley and Dorothy Evelyn Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Debra Kelley of Newport News, Virginia; and his children, Daniel Spencer Sr. of Macon, Georgia, Alyssa Kelley of Phelps, April Spencer of Morgantown, Kimberly of Virginia and Rose Miller of Stanton.
