Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Debbie for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laddie Joseph Klokoc and Edith Grace Kilborn; her husband John Charles Chandler; and her siblings, Ronnie Klokoc and Penny Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Brassell and Scotty J. Brassell; and her siblings, Sharon Frank and Michael Jenkins. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
