He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Myers, Charlene Hatfield and Patsy Jones (Ted); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Smith, Scott Hatfield, Josh Hatfield, John Smith, Wade Hacker, Jamie Stewart, Brent Sizemore, Jeffery Stewart, Sherry Hubbard, Shawn Smith, Crissy Smith, Judy Stewart and Jennett Gray.
