He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gilbert Collins; his mother Deeanna Gibson Collins; his children, Anna Davidson (Jacob) of Manchester, KY, Eugene Collins of London, KY, Mark Turner (Polly Brock) of London, KY and Joshua Turner of London, KY; his grandchildren, Darius Turner, Patience Turner, Kayleigh Collins, Hunter Davidson, Katelyn Brock, Madison Brock, Chase Brock and Jamie Brock; his great grandchild Ryder Brock; and his siblings, Betty Catherine of Jackson, KY, Tonya Chambley of Manchester, KY, Bonita Henson (Junior) of Barbourville, KY, Nancy Collins (Kenneth Mickel) of Manchester, KY and Billy Williams (Tina) of Annville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
