He is survived by: his daughter Sydney Taylor Napier of Goshen, OH; and his sisters, Pat Lemons of Manchester, KY, Diane Gray of London, KY, Linda Mitchell of Manchester, KY, Carol Feltner of Manchester, KY and Juanita Napier of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
