She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Floyd Harrod and Joyce Ann Harrod (Nelson). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth B. Bolin, Jr.; her children, Amanda Varney (Carl), Kenneth Allen Bolin, Andrew "Andy" Bolin and Ruth Evrard; her grandchildren, Gideon, Paul and Silas Varney; her cousin Sandy Williams; and her sisters, Cheryl Harrod (Eddie), Elizabeth Schulte (Mark) and Teresa Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cuban Mission Fund at Manchester Baptist Church, where Carol's ministry will be lovingly continued by her niece, Allison Wilson.
