He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis; his son-in-law Chip Koch; his son Jacob Lewis (Bailey Sullivan); his mother Pamela Lewis; and his sisters, Beverly and Judy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
