He is survived by: his wife Deborah Barnes Fasciano of Manchester; his stepchildren, Jessica Harrington of Saint Petersburg, FL, Jennika Harrington of Saint Petersburg, FL, Justin Harrington (Marissa) of Saint Petersburg, FL and Joshua Gendreau of Fortwhite, FL; his stepgrandson Caden Cameron of Saint Petersburg, FL; his brother Donnie Fasciano of Knoxville, TN; his nieces, Ashley Fasciano of Knoxville, TN and Christina Lewis (Austin) of Williamsburg, KY; his parents-in-law, Larry and Alice Barnes of Pinellas Park, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Cyndi (Wes Carson) and Angie (Mike Schaefer). He is also survived by children; and by his distant grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962).
