She is survived by: her husband RJ Smith; her children, Jason Smith (Darnell), Jennifer Smith and Jacqueline Sizemore (Dylan); and her grandchildren, Jace Smith, Jaylin Madden, Brooklyn Madden, Jade Sizemore and Jonah Sizemore.
