He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Lovins and Bertha Napier Lovins; his daughters, Connie Lovins and Sheila Lovins; his siblings, Pauline Hayre, Sharon Shirley, Juanita Smith and Dennis Lovins; and his brother-in-law Frank Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hobbs Drake; his children, Jackie Link (Earl), Pamela Jarvis (Terry), Melissa Napier (Donnie), Angelia Oberly (John), Donald Lovins (Margaret) and Kim Gray; his siblings, Lonnie Lovins (Sandy) and Bonnie Collins; and his sister-in-law Ann Lovins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
