He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Gilbert Smith, Gladys Harris (Teddy) and Carl Gilbert; his sister-in-law Loretta Gilbert; and his siblings' children, Donnetta Collins (Willy), Ricky Harris (Patty), Connie Hooker, Ted Harris (Tina), Crystal Bowling (Steven), Gina Reid (Kenny), Patrick Harris and Aidan Forland.
