He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Karen Cox (Jason) of Williamsburg, KY and Kristy Henson of Manchester, KY; his grandchildren, Gunnar Farris, Nicholas Lindner and Madelynn Farris; his siblings, Margaret Woods, Elbert Henson (Elaine) and Alfred Henson; and his nieces, Melanie Estep and Megan Henson (family: Elaine Mills). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
