He was predeceased by : his parents, Rufus Collins and Jackie Collins; his siblings, Christopher Columbus Collins, Thomas Jefferson Collins, Rufus Wayne Collins, Robert Don Collins and Dolly Carolyn Robinson; his grandson Jaythan Blake Collins; and his great grandchildren, Levi Chase Sumner, Atlas Ronan and Jerricho Dean McQueen.
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Lou Collins; his children, Tracy Lynn Smith (Shawn Smith) of Richmond and Franklin Collins, Jr. (Amberly Collins) of Manchester; his sister Joy Collins; and his grandchildren, Jacinda, Brittany, Madison, Albert, Wyatt, Trevor, Kane, Kamber, Daxton, Bentley and Gracelynn.
