He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hoskins Allen of Manchester; his children, Gillis Ryan Allen (Karrie) of Manchester, Jeanie Sumner of London, Michelle Eagle (Carl) of London, Daphne Vanhoosier (Adam) of Somerset, Monica Henson of Manchester and Nicole Hoskins (Nick) of Manchester; his sisters, Phyllis White (Frank) of Louisville and Norma Allen of Stinnett; and his grandchildren, Justin, Tori, Austin, Cody (Maddie), Cassidy (Isaiah), Noah and Trevor. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
