He is survived by: his wife Iva Byrd Smallwood; his children, Jeff Collett (Stephanie) of Manchester, Joseph Collett (Amanda) of Manchester, Crystal Smith (Kevin) of Manchester and Lynsey Napier (Bradley) of Manchester; his sisters, Shelby Smallwood (Loretta) of London, Anna Louise Smallwood of Manchester and Thelma Gray (David) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Kinsley Napier, Greyson Napier, Dylan Smith, Matthew Smith, Makayla Hughes (Ethan), Tarah Carpenter (Darian), Karson Collett (Carissa), Adam Collett, Andrew Collett, Zoah Bowling, Emily Collett and Jozalyn France; his great grandchildren, Remington Carpenter, Addy Collett and Paisley Collett; and his siblings' children, Jessica Smith (Jamie), Michael Smith, Russell Smith, Angela Bauer, Tabitha Pfaff (Victor), Brian Smith, Chasity Curry (Larry) and Shannon Smallwood (Holly).
