She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucy Hensley and Raleigh Hensley; her husband Floyd Harold Lewis; her children, Charlotte Gibbs and Harold Dwayne Lewis; her grandchildren, Jason Ward Lewis, Randy Gibbs Jr., Ashley Nicole Eads and Floyd Jakob Gibbs; Ashley Nicole.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens (Manchester, KY 40962).
