He is survived by: his children, Jackie Lee Smith (Tina), Melinda Carol Abner, Felisha Hail (Jordan) and Nathaniel Smith (Carla); and his brother Bobby Smith (Debbie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
