He is survived by: his mother Barbara Allen; his children, Kennedy Grace Fugate (Caleb) and Layla Rose Allen; his granddaughter Cillia Jean "CJ" Fugate; his sisters, Sharon Allen Gay and Sandy Allen Pennington (James "Tee"); and the mother of his children Tracy Crafton (Dave Wells).
