He is survived by: his wife Zelma Bays (Roark); his children, Jerry Jerome Bays (Marlena) and Randy Collins; his grandchildren, Waylon Bays (Whitney) and MaKayla Bays; his great grandchildren, Chloe Bays, Riley Bays, Mason Bays and Lexi Bays; and his siblings, Linda Faye Harris and Kenny Fredrick.
