He is survived by: his wife Bernice Collins; his children, James "Mario" Collins (Brittany) of Manchester, KY. and Stacy Adams (Michael) of Manchester, KY.; his grandchildren, Brandon Adams, Jacob Adams, Sophia Adams, Allyssa Adams, Brooklyn Collins, Axel Collins, Cory Collins, Brentlee Eldridge and Rahlee Eldridge; his great grandchild Colton Adams; and his brothers, Denver Collins (Della) of Lebanon Junction, KY, Randy Collins (Kenya) of Middletown, OH and Gilbert Collins of Manchester, KY. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandson.
