She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly P. Baker (BP) and Lizzie Mae Baker (Goforth); her husband Orby LeNeave; her siblings, Florence Baker and Wiley Baker (Jewel); and her son-in-law Albert Binder.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Smith (Charlotte) and Patricia Binder; her grandchildren, Tammy Gibbs (Tim) and Jason Binder (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Chase Gibbs (Casey), Brayden Gibbs (Whitney), Kristen Hibbard (Chandler), Brady Nelson Binder and Brett Ryan Binder; her great great grandchildren, Bentley Carson Gibbs, Luke Reed Gibbs and Harper Reece Gibbs; her brother Leroy Baker; her sibling's children, Robert Baker, Beverly Robinson, Ann Sibert and Mike Baker; and her caregiver Lucy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
