He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Watts, Sr. and Eva Feltner Watts (Feltner); and his siblings, Leon Watts and Margaret Eversole. He is survived by: his wife Eva Watts (Rogers); and his siblings, Gary Watts, Thomas E. Watts (Sandy), Mary L. Badger, Glenna Gayheart and Rose D. Ross (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
