She is survived by: her son Shade Smith (Kristy) of Manchester; her grandchildren, Nathan and Kaitlyn; her daughter Brooke Hensley (John) of London; her grandchildren, Weylin and Laurel; and her siblings, Evelyn Carr, Peggy Cody, Marie Wagers, Theo Goins, Lyle Goins, Kenny Goins, John Ed Goins, Ruth Ann Baker, Minnie Jackson, Leslie Webb, Alma Burkhart and Vicki Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
