With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Orville Smith of Manchester, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Orville Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Truman and Anna Stewart Smith; and his brother T. C. Smith. He is survived by: his sister Judy Smith of Manchester.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howard Cemetery.
