He is survived by: his children, Bill Gregory (Rose) and Nikki Gregory; his grandchildren, Lauren Dezarn (Bryan), Lynsie Hughes (Peyton) and Brayden Gregory; his great grandchildren, Cayden Dezarn and Hallie Bren Hughes; his siblings, Jim Gregory (Lorene), Penny Hampton (Darrell), David Gregory (Kathy) and Jimmy Jeffrey (Pat); and his stepfather Raymond Jeffrey.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Manchester Memorial Gardens (Manchester Memorial Gardens, Kentucky 40962).
