He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Marcum and Mamie Marcum; his wife Buena Faye Collins Marcum; and his sisters, Julie Marcum and Lula Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Rubin Allen Marcum of Manchester, Kim Marcum (Kenny Price) of Manchester and Amy Saylor (Wade Saylor) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Steven Marcum, Chad Marcum, Liberty Taylor, Morgan Davidson, Addison Saylor and Alana Marcum; his great grandchildren, Anakin Marcum and Octavia Marcum; and his siblings, Leslie Marcum (Jamima) of Manchester and Sally Gay Hall of Big Creek.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
