She is survived by: her children, Delmer Bryan Messer (Mallory), Leighman Gilbert Messer (Bridgette), Travis Kishore Messer, Virginia Leeann Messer Edwards (Ernie), Jessica Arnett and Marjorie Marie Collins; her grandchildren, Delmer Wesley Messer, Jeremy Collins, Joseph Collins, Jesse James Arnett, Wanda Faye Arnett, Akira Sizemore, Haylee Sizemore, Russell Connor Messer, Carson Burnette, Avery Messer, Carly Edwards, Madiline Edwards, Bryson Messer, Brantley Messer and Madison Messer; her child Aiden Smith; her siblings, Janet Hubbard (Robert), Shirley Smith, Betty Frazier, Caleb Smith, Franklin Smith, William Lee Smith, Burley Smith and Virginia Bowman; and also Celina Messer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Messer Family Cemetery.
