She is survived by: her children, Hansford Sams (Peggy) and Sheila Henson (Raymond); her grandchildren, Colby Henson (Lindsay), Trevor Sams (Ema), Autumn Hubbard (Dominic) and Lauryn Smith; her siblings, Willie Gene Smith (Theresa), Jolena Sizemore and Ronnie Wayne Smith (Martha Ann); and her cousin Joyce Carol Couch.
