He was predeceased by: his former wife Laura Lee Hammons Finley; his parents, Ernest Finley and Stella Minton Finley; his sister Dalia Schlager; his aunt Sylvia Meyers; and his grandparents, Benjamin James and Nancy Margaret Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Doane Finley; his sons, Gary Finley of Indianapolis, IN and Alan Finley of Chicago, IL; his stepson Randel Cunigan (Debbie) of Miamisburg, OH; his grandchildren, Justin Montgomery, Joshua Montgomery, Adam Cunagin and Jessica Yankel; and his nephews, Larry Ray and Sammy Hammons. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren; special caregivers.
