He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Frazier and Esther Ball Frazier; his brother James Eugene Frost (Ruby); and his brother-in-law Preston Hacker. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Byrd Frazier; his children, James Frazier (Sharon) of London, Joe Frazier (Nicole) of London and Mary Spurlock (Doug) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Kayla Frazier, Michael Bub Spurlock, Chelsea Lou Spurlock, Brittany Woods (Austin), Blake "Little Bub" Frazier, JoJo Frazier and Kenzie Melton; his great grandchild Kylie Coleman; and his sisters, Nana Lee Allen (Charles) of Alabama, Alpha Burns (Elmer) of Manchester and Tinnie Hacker of Cincinnati, Ohio..
