It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tinsley D. Smith Jr. (Manchester, Kentucky), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tinsley D. Smith and Georgia Smith; and his siblings, Raleigh Wagers and Sophia Feltner. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Asher Smith; his children, Matthew Smith, Brian Smith, Jillian Spurlock and Heather Smith; his grandchildren, Jayce Spurlock, Carter Smith and Raelee Smith; and his siblings, Mae Smith and Ralph Wagers.
