She is survived by: her grandson Charles William Chadwell of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Nannie Gregory of Manchester, Larry Gregory of Manchester and Nancy Hanson of Somerset, Kentucky; her stepson Letch Chadwell, Jr. of Hobart, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Dustin, Lillian and Makenzie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
