He was predeceased by: his parents, Tip Smith and Mable Stewart Smith; his grandparents, Marsh, Martha Ellen Smith, Marshall and Lula Stewart; his daughter Kimberly Smith; his sisters, Zelma Lee Smith and Pauline Jackson Flatt; his siblings-in-law, Daisy Jackson, Charles Messer and Robert Smith (Rob); and his nephews, Wesley Wayne Smith and Dallas Ray Smith.
He is survived by: his son Keith Allen Smith (Katherine) of Manchester, KY; his grandchildren, Kylie Michelle Smith of Manchester, KY, Natalie Mabel Smith of Manchester, KY and Lane Jason Russell Smith of Manchester, KY; the mother of his children Barbara Sue Smith (Barb) of Manchester, KY; and his siblings, Francis Jackson (Frank) of Hampton, GA, Wesley Smith (Sally) of Pineville, KY and Ruby Mills Messer of Stockbridge, GA. He is also survived by nine nephews, ten nieces, plus a host of other family and friends.
