He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Roberts Collins of Manchester; his children, Warren Michael Collins (Pamela) of Manchester and Amber Collins of Houston, TX.; his grandchildren, Carter Cash Mackey, Makenzie Sky Collins and Briar Jade Collins; and his siblings, David Collins of Berea, Faron Collins of Richmond, Edmond Collins of Reading, OH and Patsy Ann Hoskins of Manchester.
