He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Tapp Rogers and Dale Stark. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Stark of Manitou; his daughters, Christa Spratt (Spencer) of Dawson Springs, KY and Lauren Wilson of Manitou, KY; and his siblings, Jonathan Stark of Central City, KY, Debra Stark (Karen) of Morganfield, KY and Erika Crook (Lester) of Nortonville. He is also survived by grandson, August Spratt; and several nieces and nephews.
