He is survived by: his mother Sue Crowley Warren of Slaughters, KY; his wife Vicky Ellis Warren of Manitou; his daughter Summer Warren of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Patsy Owen of Phoenix, AZ and David Warren (Mary) of Slaughters, KY; his stepchildren, Raymond Humphrey (Sara), Ellison Humphrey (Ally) and Cheyenne Conrad (Ross); his stepgrandchild Raelynn Humphrey; his brother-in-law Eddie Melton; and his nieces and nephews, Alicia Owen, Katie Duncan (Robert), Emily Keith (Lance), Alli Major (Jon), Mark Melton, Brett Melton (Dawn), Scott Owen, Trevar Warren (Caroline) and Chasetyn Warren (Shannon).
