She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Randall and Anna Jean Randall; her husband Donald Ray Noffsinger; her sons, Allen Norman Noffsinger and John Michael Noffsinger; and her brothers, Butch King and Michael Randall.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Noffsinger (Jennifer), Tina Peveler (Rodney) and Danny Noffsinger (Michelle); and her siblings, Lillian Rager (Sam), Jeanie Yonts (Late-Joey), Rick King (Linda), Kenneth Jr. Randall (Cindy), Patty Forester and Sheila Zachery (Eddie). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (1165 Cedar Grove Rd, Bremen, KY 42325).
