He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletious Garth Butler and Edith Naomi Alexander Butler. He is survived by: his wife Libby Gunn Butler of Manitou; his children, Amanda Coble of Madisonville and Alan Butler (Susan) of Madisonville; his sister Aleta Studer (Marlin) of Cecilia, KY; and his grandchildren, Jesse Coble, Isabelle Butler and Daxton Butler.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions to be made to the Hopkins County Genealogical Society at PO Box 51, Madisonville KY 42431.
