He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wallace Penn and Mildred St. Clair Penn. He is survived by: his children, John Penn (Tana) of Elk Horn and Rhonda Pennington (Barry) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Blake Penn (Aquelia) and Lindsey Sharp (John) of Mannsville; and his great grandchildren, Cerity Penn, Peyton Penn, Julie Sharp, Caven Penn and Logan Sharp. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
BURIAL: Brookside Cemetery, EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY REQUESTED TO BE DONATIONS TO MANNSVILLE METHODIST CHURCH AND MAY BE MADE AT PARROTT & RAMSEY FUNERAL HOME.
