He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene and Norma Faye Spivey; and his brother Gary Spivey. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Spivey (Justin Dargavell) and Cherl Spivey; his brother Mike Spivey (Cheryl); his granddaughters, Trinidy, Aliana Clark and Ava Joe Dargavell; and his close friend Ginny Williams.
